1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Egor Vladimirovich Kamelev (OGRNIP 311784724500633), hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator,” and the user (an individual) registered on the website https://normcrm.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Norm CRM”).

By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2. Terms and Definitions

• User — an individual who has registered in the Service and uses its functionality.
• Service (Norm CRM) — a web application for managing clients, projects, and tasks.
• Account — a user profile providing access to the Service’s features.
• Administrator — Individual Entrepreneur E.V. Kamelev, the owner of all rights to the Service and personal data controller.

3. Registration and Access

• To access the Service, the User must create an account using a valid email address and password.
• The User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Access to the account is performed using the email and password; the User must ensure their confidentiality.
• The Administrator is not responsible for actions of third parties who gain access to the account due to the User’s fault.

4. User Rights and Obligations

• Use the Service for lawful purposes and within the limits of its intended functionality.
• Not upload or distribute illegal content or use the Service for spam.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of information placed in their account.
• Comply with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

5. Administrator Rights and Obligations

• Ensure the operability of the Service, except during maintenance periods.
• Modify functionality, interface, and structure of the Service without prior notice.
• Temporarily restrict access to the Service if the User violates this Agreement.
• Not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (payment systems, hosting providers, communication channels, etc.).

6. Payment Terms and Pricing

• The Service is provided under the chosen subscription plan.
• Current pricing is published at https://normcrm.ru.
• Payments are processed through online payment aggregators (non-cash transactions).
• Any updates to pricing take effect from the moment they are published.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.
• The Administrator is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• The User is solely responsible for backing up their data.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service (source code, design, database, documentation) belong to the Administrator. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service within its intended functionality.

9. Personal Data

The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of personal data as described in that Policy.

10. Term and Modifications

• This Agreement comes into force upon the User’s first use of the Service.
• The Administrator may amend the Agreement; the updated version will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Final Provisions

Any matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
