1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter — “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Egor Kamelev (OGRNIP 311784724500633), hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator,” and the user (an individual) registered on the website https://normcrm.ru (hereinafter — “Service” or “Norm CRM”).

By registering in the Service or using its functionality, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2. Terms and Definitions

• User — an individual registered in the Service and using its functionality.
• Service (Norm CRM) — a web application for managing clients, projects, and tasks.
• Account — a personal user profile providing access to the Service.
• Administrator — Individual Entrepreneur Egor Kamelev, the owner of the Service rights and personal data operator.

3. Registration and Access

• The user must register an account using a valid email and password.
• The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Access to the account is granted via email and password; the user must ensure their confidentiality.
• The Administrator is not responsible for actions of third parties who gained access due to the user’s fault.

4. User Rights and Obligations

• Use the Service legally and within the available functionality.
• Not publish illegal content or use the Service for spam.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of information stored in the account.
• Comply with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

5. Administrator Rights and Obligations

• Ensure Service availability except during maintenance.
• Modify functionality and interface without prior notice.
• Restrict access in case of violation of the Agreement.
• Not be liable for disruptions caused by external services (payment processors, hosting, communication channels).

6. Payment Terms and Pricing

• The Service is provided under the selected subscription plan.
• Current pricing is published at https://normcrm.ru.
• Payments are made through payment aggregators (cashless).
• Updated pricing becomes effective upon publication.

7. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

The user may cancel paid services and request a refund for the unused period, or in cases where technical issues caused the paid functionality to be unavailable.

7.1. Cancellation of Service

• The user may cancel the service at any time by disabling auto-renewal or by contacting the Administrator.
• Cancelling the service means paid features remain active until the end of the paid period.

7.2. Grounds for Refund

• The service was not provided (payment succeeded, but access was not activated).
• The service was provided improperly (prolonged unavailability due to issues on the Service side).
• The user did not use the service and submitted a refund request within 7 calendar days of payment.

7.3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must send an email to ekamelev@yandex.ru containing:

• Full name and account email,
• payment date and amount,
• reason for the refund request.

7.4. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

7.5. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (through Robokassa) within 5–7 business days after approval.

7.6. Limitations

• No refunds are issued for fully used subscription periods.
• No refunds are issued if the user violated this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is”; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
• The Administrator is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by the use or inability to use the Service.
• The user is responsible for backing up their data.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service (software code, design, database, documentation) belong to the Administrator. The user receives a limited non-exclusive license to use the Service.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the user consents to the processing of their personal data.

11. Term and Amendments

• This Agreement becomes effective upon the start of Service use.
• The Administrator may update this Agreement; the new version becomes effective upon publication.
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Final Provisions

Any issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
