A list of plans. I’ll be crossing out the completed items.
- Create the project roadmap
- Data backup system on the server
- Basic end-to-end analytics (ability to track where Norm CRM users came from)
- Paid plans and free trials
- Promo code discounts
- Service uptime monitoring system
- Ability to upload files and attach them to any entity (tasks, projects, clients)
- Ability to schedule meetings and track them in a calendar
- Reminder system for upcoming meetings
- Onboarding for new users
- Ability to break tasks down into subtasks
- Navigation bar indicators showing which sections require attention (possibly a full notification system)
- Ability to collect client feedback through a form on the project’s public page
- Ability to record commercial proposals and contracts within projects
- System to “track whether all projects have received feedback”
- System to “track whether all projects are added to the portfolio”
- Reminders for recurring project events related to post-delivery maintenance
- Note: whether communication with a client is on a formal (“you”) or informal (“you”/“thou”) basis
- Counter for how many times a task was overdue or postponed
- System that suggests how to clear a backlog of overdue tasks
- System that helps focus on tasks by session, by day, and by reward
- Project financial tracking — per project, hourly, and subscription-based approaches
- Income tracking per month, per year, and monitoring its growth dynamics
- Tracking who referred a client or project, with the ability to manage referral payouts
- Public freelancer profile (portfolio, reviews, about me, contact info)
- Ability to configure project stages and save them as templates
- Calendar and reminder/notification system with the option to set planned task duration, not only deadlines
- Tools: time tracker
- Ability to export all accumulated data on clients, projects, and tasks to your device
