Updates Aug 16–Sep 5, 2026 — catching up

Summary: key improvements in Norm CRM — task priorities in My Day, reworked time tracker, detailed proposal open history, review author photos and improved services. Also site builder updates, self‑service account deletion and strengthened security.

The last update post was on August 15. Since then work has continued non‑stop, but I didn’t get around to writing about it. Now I’m catching up on several missed updates in a single post, and very briefly. From next week I’ll start sharing updates at least once a week.

I made everyday work with Norm CRM more convenient:

  • Task priorities appeared in «My Day»: you can reorder them by dragging, including on mobile. After logging in the CRM now opens directly on this page.
  • Reworked adding entries to the time tracker: I clarified the distinction between tasks and standalone entries. When creating or editing a task you can immediately add it to the time tracker and to today's list.
  • Commercial proposals now show detailed open history. The client can leave a comment on the details — it will be delivered with notifications by email and Telegram.
  • Added photos for review authors: you can use the contact's picture or upload a separate one. The client will see it during approval.
  • Improved services: covers, short and detailed descriptions, and images inside the text have been added. Services, portfolio works, publications and reviews are now easier to link together. I also renamed «Посторама» to the clearer «Publications».

A lot of work went into the website builder. It’s still in closed beta. I simplified site creation, improved the block editor, menus, shared components and connecting materials from the CRM. Added a file tree, indexing settings, a 404 page, and preparation of privacy policy and consent for forms. Sites received addresses like name.normweb.ru; I sped up builds and previews and tidied up the light and dark themes.

Added self‑service account deletion with email confirmation. Data export and deletion remain available even after a subscription ends. I updated the agreement and data processing policy, strengthened login protection, client links and servers. At the same time I’m tidying the CRM’s internal structure to make it easier to develop and test individual sections in the future.

I also updated the homepage and guest pages. The homepage now includes detailed descriptions of features and live examples of projects, reports, proposals and reviews — so you can see how everything looks from the client’s perspective.
