I continue working on the site-representative builder. There's no point listing everything I've done there. I'm porting features from my previous startup (LP151) into Norm CRM.
I updated the demo account logic. Now it's not a single account for everyone; each visitor has their own isolated environment. So no one sees the mischief and vandalism that some visitors used to leave as a "gift".
Added a Telegram bot for notifications.
I added a financial operations section. After a while I supplemented it with a feature that lets you track debts and loans. Financial operations can be linked to contracts, projects, tasks and meetings.
I updated the main navigation menu on mobile, as well as the quick-create menu for new items on desktop and mobile. Added new icons, made items larger and more convenient to use on phones.
Added an interaction history for contacts. Now you can see in a unified list how often I interacted with various people.
