Update 05.07.2026 — Contact Import, Invoices & Multi-page Sites

Contact import, invoice and act generation, and multi-page site creation are the main updates. Reports, agents, security and file handling have also been improved.

Time flies and work has been busy — I'm on schedule. What did I accomplish?

I also improved the report pages generated for projects, contracts and meetings.

  • Ability to expand the list of time-tracker entries for each task;
  • Control which lines from the statistics block are shown in the report;
  • If a project has many members — collapsing lists into compact views.

I continue to refine the tool for creating multi-page representative sites for specialists:

  • Ability to maintain site documentation, including via agents;
  • Added syntax highlighting in the code editor;
  • Added linking sites with CRM data. For now this includes blog posts, portfolio works and services, but soon all entities needed for full functionality will be available;
  • Agents can now create new sites from scratch, not only work with pre-created ones;
  • Agents can generate images and work with them via connectors;
  • Sites can be bound to custom second-level domains. SSL certificates are generated automatically and free;
  • For each page I added SEO and OG settings, and also the ability to set default settings for the whole site.

Added contact import from phones. You no longer need to add contacts one by one:

  • Import from CSV and VCF;
  • Tagging imports with a separate tag;
  • Detection and merging of duplicates;
  • Ability to add new rows with contact data in free form;
  • Ability to roll back a failed import.

Added generation of invoices and acts based on contracts:

  • Multiple invoices and acts can be generated for a single contract;
  • Data is auto-filled based on the contract;
  • The resulting invoices and acts can be downloaded as PDF and DOCX.

Other improvements:

  • Temporarily removed the 14-day free access. Too many people sign up just to play around. I decided demo accounts are enough for them;
  • Added stronger password encryption;
  • Now images can be used in Postorama publications;
  • Now you can create copies of commercial proposals to use as a base for new ones;
  • Added new project statuses to distinguish completed projects that need feedback collection and portfolio publication from those closed for other reasons;
  • Added blurred background under modals. It looks cleaner;
  • Added personal rewards for tasks. If a task is going poorly — you can write how you'll reward yourself for it — and on completion receive a reminder and congratulations;
  • Added precise project start and end dates so they can be shown on a timeline in the future;
  • The date of last contact with a client is now updated automatically based on meetings with them;
  • Introduced a grid view for the file list and added folders;
  • Added the ability to filter the file list by extension. For now via the search string.

I also set up a second server and moved all data related to sites and user files to it. This further protects Norm CRM and increases stability.
