At the request of our first paid customer, Norm CRM added Kanban boards to the project.
- Tasks can now be viewed not only as a list but also as a Kanban board;
- Kanban boards can be created, edited, and you can manage the names and order of columns, as well as attach them to projects;
- By the way, attaching them to projects effectively enables creating full pipelines for task statuses.
Added the ability to collect reviews from clients.
- You can send clients links to reports on the work done (meeting reports, project reports, contract reports) and include feedback forms with them;
- You can ask for a like/dislike rating (thumbs up/down) or an n-point scale (default — five stars);
- Reviews can be added manually, you can write reviews on behalf of clients and send them for verification, or you can send a free-form submission form.
Other improvements:
- Performance optimizations;
- Added a notification warning about the end of the paid period;
- In Postorama, added the ability to specify links to specific platforms from the publication card;
- Added detailed notification settings. Now you can specify different destinations for different events;
- Added an additional layer of protection against potential sabotage inside Norm CRM (protection against database overflow, rechecked escaping for all forms);
- Added a modal with meeting details to the meetings calendar (per your requests).
And the most interesting part. I am developing the "Sites" section. For now it is available only to admins, but the release is coming soon:
- You can connect an AI agent to MCP Norm CRM and ask it to create a full multi-page website;
- The AI agent can generate images and other files, attach working forms, link them to user agreements — all according to the rules included in Norm CRM's manifest.
