Update 08.05.2026 — Calendars, Notifications, Public Agreements for Pages

Public pages now support favicons, disabling search indexing, agreements and a typography tool. Meetings got a calendar view with tags and colors, contracts include taxes, and notifications were added.

For public pages (representative pages):

  • Added the ability to create favicons from images
  • Added the option to disable search engine indexing
  • Introduced an entity called "Agreements". Now when filling out forms on pages, visitors can agree to rules and policies

Important: I added a typography tool for public pages. I wanted to implement this at my previous startup but never got around to it. Norm CRM already has it, and it works silently for users, under the hood. The idea: any text published on public pages is run through the typographer. It removes hanging prepositions, breaks in numerals and abbreviations, and similar issues. Aesthetes will appreciate the difference — as they say, the devil is in the details.

My wife started using Norm CRM actively and said she missed calendars in meetings.

So now meetings have a calendar view that is every bit as good as in Google Calendar.

  • You can switch between list and calendar views
  • You can view by week, month, day, or year
  • Add meetings on the fly by clicking a cell

Then my wife said it would be cool to separate work meetings from others. By colors, for example. So I added a separate tagging system for meetings and the ability to color them.

By the way, I also introduced the tag system for contact sources.

Contracts now take taxes into account. So you can see not only the hourly rate in the contract statistics (or the total cost of work if billed hourly), but also the hourly rate including taxes. It's sobering :)

Finally, notifications.

  • Added a notification system
  • A bell lights up in the Norm CRM interface when new inquiries arrive from public pages or when actions occur with commercial proposals (KPs) sent to clients via links

Moving forward!
