About commercial proposals:
- You can share proposal links with clients
- Protect links with passwords
- Clients can accept or decline proposals and ask questions
- When declining, you can find out the reason
- In the dashboard you can see whether the client opened the proposal and how they reacted
- You can generate a PDF of a proposal. It will be automatically saved in "My files". You can view and download it
- Added association of proposals with services for future accounting
- Added auto-fill of contacts based on counterparties
Here is an example of a proposal a client sees via the link: https://normcrm.ru/cp/f06557d1-4a73-4a69-9b3b-366bc3c2fc1d/
This is not all; I'm still working on generating docx for proposals, and a short text version for easy sending in messengers.
Meanwhile, I got sidetracked creating a "Project roadmaps" tool. You might not be interested, but the idea in short:
- You can create project roadmaps
- Categories and features within categories
- Each feature has statuses: implemented, in progress, etc.
- You can copy an iframe with the roadmap and embed it on your site
- In the iframe you can collapse/expand categories, filter feature lists by status, and read details about each feature in modal windows
The tool appeared under "Tools" in Norm CRM.
I also made a small tool for my work: a prompt editor.
- A simple multi-line text field for input
- Next to the field is a block of buttons. On click — a prepared prompt template is inserted at the cursor position in the field
- Templates can be organized by categories — they are displayed to the right of the field
Basically, an assistant for those who frequently use similar clarifications in prompts. Something like a minimal skill call.
Another tool: public pages. Currently testing an MVP.
- You can create public pages
- Addresses are generated automatically
- The editor has two fields: html + css
- You can publish, unpublish, and preview by link
That's all. But how convenient it is when you ask any neural network you use to make a landing as html + css, get these two files — and in 10 seconds you have a ready landing!
A couple of examples:
If there's demand for this solution I'll expand it. We'll add forms, images, custom domains. But I'm not rushing yet.
What else?
- Redesigned table styles
- Removed archives from tasks and meetings, added statuses above tables and indicators showing how many items are in each status
- Highlighted active items in the main navigation menu on desktop
- Fixed the time-tracker appearance
- Made it possible for contracts to exist not only between counterparties but also between contacts
Also, we're slowly filling demo mode with content. You can try it here: https://normcrm.ru/demo/ru
And, I generated a new landing for Norm CRM's main page.
