A new "Export Data" item has appeared in the user navigation menu. It's for those who worry about suddenly losing the data they've been carefully collecting in Norm CRM:
- You can choose which sections to export data from;
- The output is an archive with JSON, CSV, and a manifest for neural networks. I expect agents will be the first to work with the exported data;
- There are limits on how many archives can be created: one every 72 hours.
I made a new version of the main page. I don't think it'll last long. But there's a fun block: current active users of Norm CRM. That's me, my wife, friends, and one paying user :)
Added the ability to upload photos to contacts. Now they're easier to identify in lists and pills, and in the future some of them will be pulled automatically into reviews and posts on users' websites.
Also, I made working with the CRM a bit more convenient:
- Toasts now include links to newly created tasks and meetings so you can jump straight to them and see what's what;
- Made meeting report creation more convenient: added a quick link to create a report when a meeting ends, and improved the report preparation form;
- Added several quick actions on the "My Day" page: creating meetings and tasks for projects in focus, confirming completed meetings;
- Simplified filtering of statistics blocks (My Day, individual project, individual contract);
- Added a "My Profile" section to the user navigation menu, and added the user's photo and name there as well (if available).
Also added server health monitoring and made information more transparent about which derived assets are produced from user files and images and how much space they take within the quota.
